    • Availability
    WCIX offers 'lights-out' co-location in Silicon Valley and Ashburn, VA. On-site 24 x 7 staff is NOT present; on-call remote hands is available. In addition to mulitiple space options; WCIX also offers a selection of bandwidth options.
    Security
    Security includes proximity cards for access; cameras, and combination locks on the cabinets.
    Configuration
    Racks and cabinets include remote reboot power strips, patch panels, and power strips. The data center will provide Cat5 or fiber cross-connects. For clients committing to 100 mbps or less, Cat5 connections will be used.
    Installation
    WCIX will co-ordinate installation with the data center or co-location facility.
    Monitoring
    WCIX does provide monitoring of your connections. Monitoring is provided from two different 'off-net' locations.
    Terms and Conditions
    There is a minimum 1 year term for co-location. Clients MUST comply with WCIXs' AUP . No spam or IRC allowed.
